By accessing, registering on, or using the jilli168 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by jilli168 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jilli168 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jilli168 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify jilli168 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilli168 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

All financial transactions on the jilli168 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilli168 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits are generally credited to your jilli168 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but jilli168 targets sub-five-minute processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during normal operating hours.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following general betting rules apply across all jilli168 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jilli168 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• jilli168 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, where such information was not reflected in the Platform due to a technical error.

• Odds and game parameters are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise improper means will be voided and the relevant account suspended.

jilli168 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• jilli168 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, system, or promotional offer on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilli168 staff or other Users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the jilli168 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jilli168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jilli168.
• Use any jilli168 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilli168 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jilli168 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall jilli168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilli168 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilli168 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilli168 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jilli168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jilli168's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

jilli168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilli168 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
